UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN NOTED ON THE COURIERS DELIVERY SHEET. Next day orders received after 11am will be classed as 2 day delivery. (excluding weekends)
DELIVERIES ARE KERBSIDE AND YOU MUST MAKE SURE WHOEVER IS RECEIVING THE ORDER IS MADE AWARE THAT THE GOODS WILL NEED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE PROPERTY BY THEM. SOME GOODS ARE QUITE HEAVY SO ADEQUATE PROVISION MUST BE MADE. RE-DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IF THE DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE ON THIS BASIS. DELIVERY IS TO UK MAINLAND ONLY, OTHERWISE PRICE ON APPLICATION AS ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY OCCUR. PLEASE ENSURE THE COURIERS HAVE A LEGAL PARKING/UNLOADING SPACE.
Your order is complete, please accept this as confirmation of goods ordered. If you need to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible by eamil or on 0845 601 2699, as changes cannot be made once your goods are ready for dispatch.
In the event you have not selected a delivery date please be aware that deliveries will be 3-7 working days.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque your goods will not be dispatched until your cheque has been received and cleared. We cannot accept any liability for costs arising from late deliveries or for any other reason. We use, we believe the best couriers in the UK. But as with most courier services success ranges from around 97 to 98%. We therefore advise against booking fitters or tradesmen until you have received your goods. On delivery, please make sure you check your goods before you sign for them.
Damages can sometimes occur in transit but are rare. In order for us to rectify any problems with a damaged item, please make sure you sign for the goods as damaged and notify us immediately. You must notify us of any damages or incorrectly delivered goods within 24 hours days of receipt. Unfortunately claims cannot be accepted if this time has elapsed.
Delivery is made to the kerbside only and courier drivers are not insured to bring the goods into the property. Large orders will normally be delivered on a pallet and the driver will make every effort to park as near to the property as possible. Please let us know of any access issues in your road as the delivery lorry will normally be quite large, if we need to arrange a redelivery there will be an extra charge of £35-£135 ex vat. All deliveries need to be signed for and goods cannot be left unsigned. Delivery is between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to specify a time of delivery as we use courier services.
Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery as a re-delivery charges will be applicable by the courier/us if they have to return.
DO NOT OPEN OR FIT ANY INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE GOODS THAT ARE NOT IN THE CONDITION THEY ARRIVED IN.
VERY IMPORTANT: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN WE ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN NOTED ON THE DELIVERY SHEET AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Tiles ordered at different times will not colour/texture match due to different batches.
Goods ordered may be delivered under a different name, however grade, colour and quality are as ordered.
CANCELLING AND RETURNS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you'll need to contact us as soon as possible on 0845 601 2699. If the product has been shipped already you will need to arrange for the return back to us at your cost.
All returns/collections are subject are subject to a collection charge of upto 45%.
Orders not shipped do not carry a cancellation charge unless they were cut to size or specially ordered. We do not accept return of part orders or waste, opened or un-opened. After you have received your delivery you are welcome to return your order at your own expense within 7 working days of receipt, please note we can only accept the return of goods in their original condition. We are unable to accept the return of cut or specially ordered items. Before returning your order you will need to request a returns forms to be sent to you. If any credit card transaction is disputed and results in our accounts department corresponding to credit card companies an admin fee of £100 is due if the outcome is found to be in our favour.
We recommend that the client double checks their own quantities as our calculator is used for a guide only.
Images on our website give the best possible representation of the actual product however they can never be 100% accurate, and we highly recommend viewing a sample prior to making a decision. Please use our sample service.
